Listen

Two weeks. No promises, no decks, no campaigns. We sit with your team and absorb the practice — the clinical specialties, the patient story, the referral relationships, the goals for the year, the things that aren't working today.

We write it all down. We test our understanding back at you. You sign off on the brief before anything else begins. Because if we don't get the inputs right, everything downstream is wasted motion.

Plan

Strategy lives in a document, not a head. Brand voice and guardrails, audience definitions, channel selection, the campaign calendar, the automation map, the metrics we'll grade ourselves on. All of it written down. All of it signed off.

The plan tells us what to build and, just as importantly, what not to build. It's the artifact every decision references for the next six months — so the work stays coherent even when priorities shift.

Build

The workstreams ship in order: content calendar, website if it needs one, paid setup, email platform, SEO. We move methodically. Every decision serves the practice you're trying to grow.

We don't ship vanity work. If a tactic won't visibly move pipeline, patient acquisition, or referrer mindshare, we don't do it. The output of this phase is a working machine — not just deliverables.
